The Stupid Czech (for two)
(Original TDN Cocktail by Marleigh Riggins)
25 Blueberries
1 tsp Sugar
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
1 oz. Simple Syrup
2 ½ oz. Lemon Juice
Muddle blueberries with sugar, then add the remaining ingredients and shake. Strain and serve up.

1 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
1 oz. Lillet
1 oz. Apricot Orchard

Stir over ice. Strain into glass filled with cracked ice.

Malty Hari

1 oz. Fino Sherry
¾ oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
1-2 bar spoons Simple Syrup

1 part Absinthe Mata Hari
3 parts Tree Top Butter Rum Cider
Garnish with a small wedge of lime (optional)
Cherry Lifesaver

1 1/2 oz. Cherry Vodka
1 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
Bohemian Mojito

6-8 mint leaves
2 lime wedges
2 dashes Simple Syrup
1 oz. Bacardi Limon
1 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
Soda Water to top
Throw the mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass. Squeeze in the juice of two lime wedges, and add the wedges to the shaker. Add the simple syrup and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and tumble. Return to collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a generous sprig of mint.

1 part Absinthe Mata Hari
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a chilled shot glass.

The Hyp Fairy

3/4 oz. Mata Hari Absinthe
1/2 oz. Hypnotic Liqueur
splash sour mix
option: splash pineapple juice

Shake until cold; then strain into shot glasses.

ABSINTHE SOUR

1.5 oz. Mata Hari Absinthe
0.5 oz. water
0.75 oz. lemon Juice
0.75 oz. pasteurized egg white
0.5 oz. simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, Shake all vigorously. Ice shake and serve in a cocktail glass. Drizzle the amarena cherry syrup and splash with bitters.

0.75 oz. lemon Juice
0.5 oz. lime juice
0.75 oz. pasteurized egg white
0.5 oz. simple syrup
club soda to fizz

FANCY ABSINTHE FIZZ

1 1/2oz London dry gin
1/2oz Mata Hari absinthe
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz lime juice
3/4oz egg white
3/4oz pineapple syrup
1oz whipping cream
club soda to top
Add liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake, add ice and shake vigourously, add 2oz club soda and strain on to fresh ice in a highball glass. Mist bitters

SAZERAC

1 Barspoon Mata Hari Absinthe
Lemon Peel
Orange Peel
1 heaping Bar Spoon of Agave Nerctar
2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 .5 oz. Partida Anejo Tequila
Chill an old-fashioned Glass with ice and water. In a Separate mixing Glass Squeeze the orange and lemon peel coating inside of the glass with the oils. Then combine the rest of the ingredients, add ice, and stir thoroughly. Discard the contents of the old-fashioned glass. Then strain the mixing glass mixture into the old-fashioned glass.

1/2OZ CynarLemon Peel
Lemon Peel Peel
2 Bar Spoona of Simple Syrup
Combine the the ingredients, express the oils of the lemon peel, add ice, and stir thoroughly.

MIRAMAR CLUB PINK LADY

1 OZ Plymouth Gin
1 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
1/2oz sweet vermouth
2 barspoons Mata HAri Absinthe
0.75 oz. lemon Juice
0.75 oz. pasteurized egg white
0.5 oz. pomegranate reduction
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, Shake all vigorously. Ice , shake and serve in a cocktail glass.

Damian Windsor
PAN AMERICAN CLIPPER

1.5 oz. lairds bonded applejack
0.5 oz. Mata HAri Absinthe
0.75 oz. lime Juice
0.5 oz. pomegranate reduction
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin, Ice , shake and serve in an cocktail glass.


RED BULL MATA HARI

1 oz. Mata Hari
2 oz. Water
2 oz. Red Bull
Plenty of ice, Fresh Lemon Juice

Pour Mata Hari over ice, add water, let it breath & watch it turn cloudy.
Add Red Bull & Lemon Juice and Stir.


THE SPY WHO LOVED ME

1 shot Absinthe Mata Hari

1 shot vodka
1 can Red Bull

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled Collins glass


DESIRE

1 oz Absinthe Mata Hari
1/2 tablespoon sugar
3 oz. lemon juice

Shake well and pour into cocktail glass.


TRAFFIC LIGHT

2 oz of cranberry juice
1 oz of orange juice
1 oz of Absinthe Mata Hari

Pour carefully into a cocktail glass half filled with ice. Garnish with orange slice.


GREEN TEAR

1 oz of Absinthe Mata Hari
2 oz of cranberry juice
1 oz of tonic water
1 slice of lemon

Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with lemon slice.


ABSINTHE FIZZ

1 & 1/2 shots Absinthe Mata Hari

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg white
Seltzer

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer.


WHARF RAT

1 oz of White rum
1 oz of Grenadine

1 oz of Absinthe Mata Hari
1 oz of Apricot brandy
3 o of orange juice

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.


ABSINTHE EYE

1 oz. peppermint Schnapps
2 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari

Stir and pour into cocktail glass.


HEMINGWAY

1 shot Absinthe Mata Hari
Champagne or Prosecco

Pour absinthe into flute glass over ice. Top up with champagne.


ABSINTHE FLIP

1/2 oz Absinthe Mata Hari
1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
Nutmeg

Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a pre-chilled whisky glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
